How to Order

ORDER DIRECT FOR A 25% DISCOUNT OFF THE RETAIL PRICE

Using the shopping cart

Press ‘BUY THIS ITEM’ to place an item in your shopping cart. To review your order at any stage, click on 'VIEW CART' at the top right of the page. To add an additional copy of an item that is already in your cart, change the figure in the 'QTY' column and click 'UPDATE CART'. To remove an item from the shopping cart, click the remove button next to the item you want to remove. To continue shopping click on any of the 'BROWSE' categories down the left-hand side of the page. When your order is complete, click 'CHECKOUT'. Please note that we accept VISA and MASTERCARD only.

Registering as a  customer

If you have previously registered as a customer, you can login at the checkout using your email address and password. If you have not previously registered, you can choose to do so at the checkout by clicking on register first. By registering you ensure that you will not have to enter your address and contact details each time you return to the site to order additional books.

Processing your order

All on-line orders are processed through a secure server to guarantee security for your personal and credit card details. You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Generally, your order will be processed within two working days. Delivery time will vary according to your location. To check on your order email orders@oceanbooks.com.au.

Shipping information

We charge a US$3.00 fee per order for processing and handling, and a postage fee of US$2.00 per item. For example, if you order 2 books the cost will be $7.00 ($3.00 processing plus $4.00 postage).

Ordering by post or fax

We do not accept payment by check, but if you would like to fax or post your order, list the titles you want to purchase along with your name, address and credit card details (VISA and MASTERCARD only), and send to:
